Can I track my order?

You will be notified on your order's shipping status by email, including a track & trace link for live updates.

Can I change my address?

After confirmation, it is still possible to adjust your preferred delivery address for a limited time — this needs to be done through the carrier's own interface, provided by the track & trace link. When you're not able to accept the package in person, the carrier will try to deliver at one of your neighbours or a location you've entered as a 'safe place'. As a last resort, the package will be available for pick-up in a local post office near you, upon the next day.

Will it fit my mailbox?

Our shipping box might fit your mailbox, just in case you've stepped out. Its dimensions are H 6 cm x W 23 cm x D 16 cm. In case of doubt, it's always better to enter a postal address with someones present to accept the delivery.

Can I collect instore?

You are very welcome to collect your purchase instore. Simply select the 'collect instore' option during the check-out process and save up on delivery charges and CO² emissions.

Can I send gifts?

There's nothing we love more than sending out gifts. Well, diamonds maybe. You can surprise a loved one, near or far-away, by sending your gift directly to their doorstep.
