ABOUT US:
At DPT Antwerp (short for Diamanti Per Tutti), we design affordable demi-fine diamond jewelry for everyday wear, making luxury accessible to everyone. From Antwerp to Singapore, cruises to department stores, airports to concept boutiques, we’re bringing meaningful sparkle to confident customers around the world.
As we are growing fast in B2B travel retail and premium department stores, we’re looking for a creative marketer to help us further expand our award-winning brand across every touchpoint.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a commercial thinker meets visual storyteller — someone who can protect our brand identity and grow its awareness, while keeping their eyes firmly on what drives results. You’ll combine creativity, strategic thinking and design sensibility to lead the visual expression of DPT across all channels — from social media to retail.
You’ll join a small but mighty team of:
• a digital performance marketer focused on paid media, e-commerce and data.
• a creative marketer (is it you?) leading brand expression, creative strategy and content production.
• supported by a trainee/intern graphical designer & content creator who helps bring it all to life.
• working closely with the DPT founders who are passionately managing the brand.
ABOUT YOU:
You are passionate about branding, always keeping the customer and conversion in mind. You know that beautiful design is powerful — especially when rooted in creative marketing campaigns. You like your visuals to be scroll-stopping, your toolkits to be polished, your campaigns to be consistent and your analytics actionable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
be our brand guardian:
• protect the visual identity of DPT across all platforms: digital, social, retail and wholesale — consistent with our current brand guidelines.
• develop impactful visuals that consistently reflect our tone, values and aesthetic.
create with purpose:
• conceptualize, design and oversee the rollout of engaging multi-channel campaigns.
• translate marketing priorities into strong visual assets: from POS to pitch decks, from ads to activations.
• co-create engaging content with external creative partners and organize its production.
strengthen our community:
• help build and activate our Diamond Club loyalty program.
• support our influencer and community efforts with strong visuals and engagement-driven storytelling.
• liaise and align efforts with external partners to grow brand awareness through international PR.
think commercially:
• work closely with our digital performance marketer and (internal and external) business developers to align brand efforts with commercial goals.
• apply data insights to improve visual effectiveness from conversion to retention.
support our sales & retail network:
• craft branded toolkits and VM merchandise for resellers, travel retail, department stores and pop-up booths.
• ensure every touchpoint — whether it’s a spinner in Doha or a shop-in-shop in Madrid — looks and feels like the essence of the DPT brand.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• at least 3-5 years of experience in a creative marketing or brand management role.
• strong skills in InDesign for print artwork, Canva for digital use and basic motion/video tools for social.
• comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
• able to balance creative flair with business thinking.
• fluent in English (written and spoken) — extra points if you speak Dutch, French or Spanish.
• you are extremely precise and diligent in your work ethics.
• you are a true intrapreneur, getting a kick from growing sales and always going the extra mile.
