We're pretty confident that you will fall in love with your Diamanti per Tutti jewel and will want to cherish it forever.
But because there's always a small chance that you would reconsider or had expected something else, we offer an easy and generous refund or replacement policy.
Wish to return an item or swap it for another size? Please fill in this RETURN formand contact our customer service at email@example.com. Return your item in its original condition (not worn longer than needed to try it on, nor used, stained or damaged) and complete packaging - including the return form. We commit to reimburse all purchased items (except those that are made to measure) returned within 30 days following the date of delivery as long as the return conditions have been respected.

2 years full product warranty
We use the greatest care and quality in materials to ensure a long and happy life for your jewels. Should the plating nevertheless fade overtime, we offer free re-plating as part of our 2-year full product warranty. With every purchase we provide a Diamanti Per Tutti cleaning cloth and useful tips for proper care.
Our 2-year full product warranty covers plating issues, loss of diamonds, pearls and/or gemstones, and breakage of jewels and/or chains. The warranty covers all issues except and only not in case of manifest misuse of your jewel (e.g. when you stepped on it). In such case we will still service your jewel at a fair cost. Same goes for repairs after our 2-year warranty period - happily at your service.
