Diamanti Per Tutti ships worldwide with the best known carriers. All shipments are fully insured.
Outside the EU, customs & duties may apply which will be charged separately by the carrier.
You will receive a tracking number of your shipment. During the shipping process you will be informed via email.
Orders of more than 500 EUR can be shipped in multiple packages.
International orders outside of the European Union may be subject to customs clearance which can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
Timing indications are expressed in business days.
RETURNS & REPAIRS
Wish to return an item? Swap it for another size or crave a luster restoring replating session? Lockdown can’t hold us down - we are still here for you and remain at your service. Please fill in this RETURN form and mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you with fitting instructions, during these special times. We’ll care for you and make sure you can continue to shine brightly.
What happens if my jewellery breaks? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Please fill in this REPAIR form and mail it together with a clear picture of your jewel to email@example.com. We will take care of you as soon as we receive your mail and contact you with the details for the return.
Diamanti per Tutti commits to reimburse all purchased items (except those that are made to measure) returned within 30 days following the date of delivery as long as the return conditions have been respected, meaning in short that the item is sent back to us in its original and complete packaging and condition (not worn longer than needed to try it on, nor used, stained or damaged).
