Diamanti Per Tutti ships worldwide with the best known carriers. All shipments are fully insured.
- Outside the EU, customs & duties may apply which will be charged separately by the carrier.
- You will receive a tracking number of your shipment. During the shipping process you will be informed via email.
- Orders of more than 500 EUR can be shipped in multiple packages
- International orders outside of the European Union may be subject to customs clearance which can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
- Timing indications are expressed in business days
We’re pretty confident that you will fall in love with your Diamanti per Tutti and will want to cherish it forever. We do what we can to assist you in choosing your dream jewelry. That’s why we’re working with the best jewelry photographer in Antwerp, include detailed pictures with advanced zoom function and offer a complete description.
But because there always is a very small chance that you would reconsider or had expected something else, we offer an easy and generous refund or replacement policy.
Diamanti per Tutti commits to reimburse all purchased items (except those that are made to measure) returned within 30 days following the date of delivery as long as the return conditions have been respected, meaning in short that the item is sent back to us in its original and complete packaging and condition (not worn longer than needed to try it on, nor used, stained or damaged).

Upon receipt and acceptance, the purchase price (excluding transport costs) of the returned item will within 30 days of receipt be refunded to the credit card, or by bank transfer in the case of payment by Bancontact/Maestro or iDeal.
