Outside the EU, customs & duties may apply which will be charged separately by the carrier.
You will receive a tracking number of your shipment. During the shipping process you will be informed via email.
Orders of more than 500 EUR can be shipped in multiple packages
International orders outside of the European Union may be subject to customs clearance which can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.

RETURNS & REPAIRS
We’re pretty confident that you will fall in love with your Diamanti per Tutti and will want to cherish it forever. We do what we can to assist you in choosing your dream jewellry.
But because there always is a very small chance that you would reconsider or had expected something else, we offer an easy and generous refund or replacement policy.
Please fill in this return or repair form and send it together with a clear picture of your jewel to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can send a copy of the documetnts together with the jewel(s)in their original state/packaging and the receipt/invoice to Drukkerijstraat 12, 2000 Antwerp - Belgium.
Diamanti per Tutti commits to reimburse all purchased items (except those that are made to measure) returned within 30 days following the date of delivery as long as the return conditions have been respected, meaning in short that the item is sent back to us in its original and complete packaging and condition (not worn longer than needed to try it on, nor used, stained or damaged).
